• We Accept – One-Way, Round-Trip and City Rental Trip Booking Minimum 2 - 4 Hour in Advance and Taxi Tour Packages Minimum Before One Day in Advance
• We Will Accept Booking Only with Advanced Booking Amount.
• GST Applicable 5% On Total Bill Amount.
• Cab Will Be Provided on The Basis of Availability
• Vehicle & Driver Details Will Be Shared Up To 4 Hours Prior To Departure
• Festival & Tourist Season Prices Hike Up-To 50 % Against Regular Prices
• Prices Applicable in Hill Arias 25% Extra
• The Booking Will Be for Cab Type HUTCHBACK, SEDAN Or SUV We Do Not Commit to Providing Any Preferred Cab Model
• You Can Accommodate 2 Bags in Hatchback & Sedan, 4 Bags in Ertiga, Innova & Other SUV, Up-To 10 Bags in Tempo Traveller / Urbania If Extra Luggage or Required Luggage Carrier Extra Charge 350 ₹ Pay Directly to Driver
• We Do Not Commit on Particular Fuel Type Vehicle Like Petrol, Diesel Or CNG. Time & Km Count from Pickup Location to Drop Location in One-Way Trip, Pickup Location to Pick up Location in City Rental Trip, City Center to City Center (Like Garage) In Round-Trip & Taxi Package Bookings
• In One Way Booking One Point Pickup & One Point Drop Extra Pickup Drop Charges Extra Charges Applicable
• If MCD, Toll Tax, State Tax, Green Tax, Driver Allowance, Parking Charges Are Excluded (One-Way, Round Trip & Local Rental Trips) As Per Actual Paid Directly to The Driver
• Waiting Charges Would Be Applicable After the Cab Reaches the Boarding Point. The First 45 Minutes Are Free but Post That the Charge Is (200 ₹ Per Hour - Hatchback & Sedan, 300 ₹ Per Hour – SUV,) In One-Way Trips and This Amount Has to Be Paid to The Driver Directly (In One-Way Bookings Only)
• You Need to Collect the Receipts from The Driver for Any Toll Tax, State Tax, Green Tax, Night Charges, Extra Pickup / Drop, Luggage Carrier or Extra Km Paid Directly to The Driver During the Trip. IDC Cabs Is Not Liable to Provide Invoices for Such Amount.
• Due To Traffic or Any Other Unavoidable Reason, The Pickup May Be Delayed Be 30 Minutes - 1 Hour
• Driver Follows Always Speed Limit According City Roads Limit or Max 80 – 100 Kmph at Highway / Expressway, If You Travel for Catch Flight, Train, Bus or Any Important Occasion Pls Keep Your Time Space.
• Driver Needs to Stop Food & Fuel Breaks, Keep Your Time Space & Doing Fairly Behavior with The Driver, The Driver Is Also a Human Bing
• We Can’t Libel Any Compensation (If Missed Your Flight, Train, Bus or Any Other Important Occasion, Due to Unexpected Reason Like – Car Breakdown, Road Accident, Driver Health Emergency, Road Blockage, Heavy Rain, Heavy fog, Water Lodging, Landslide, Politicly / Publicly Strike, VIP Movement, Bad Road Condition, Heavy Traffic Jam Pls Keep Your Time Space.
• The Driver Shall Wait For 45 Min. Post That Booking Will Be Canceled with No Refund.
• Driver Choose Route & Sightseeing According Itinerary & Map Navigation, Basis on Short Travel Time, Distance, Good Road Condition & Monument’s Timing, If You Can Change Route According Your Preferred Route Need to Pay Difference Amount Directly to Driver If Applicable
• Any Grievances or Claims Related to The Cab Travel Should Be Reported to IDC Cabs Within 24 Hours of Travel Time
• We Provide Only Commercial (Yellow Plate) Vehicle Only, Don’t Ask Us Privet (White Plate) Vehicles.
• If An Accident Occurs Due to Any Reason During the Journey and The Passenger Gets Injured or Misshaping in That Accident, Then the Owner & Driver of The Car and Car Insurance Company Will Be Libel for His Treatment or Compensation. We Will Help You as Much as We Can, But We Will Not Be Liable for Any Kind of Compensation.
• You Are Not Allowed to Take Pets with You Inside the Cab, If Driver Allowed Pay Extra Payment 1000 ₹ Per Pet Directly to Driver.
• Vehicle Air-Conditioner Will Be Turn Off in Hill Arias & Also When the Vehicle Is Not in Motion, Cooperate with The Drive
• Rohtang Paas Need Special Permit & Not Including Any Trip
